Role: Senior Brand Packaging Designer Function: Brand
Reports to: Head of Brand & Creative
Location: London 3 Days per week / Hybrid
Compensation: £40-50k depending on experience + Market Leading Benefits

The Brand:
We are a global team operating in the UK and North America and are passionate about creating colourful, fun and cruelty-free cosmetics.

As part of the new branding team, we are looking for someone to come join us in taking The Beauty Crop to the next level - building a fun, bold, brilliant brand that stands out, looks incredible and people can’t help but notice and talk about. Big things are happening this year as we move from the digital world into the real world (we are going into a major drugstore in 2024). Blow us away with the work you’ve done and join us to be the driving force behind the brand’s look and feel across our packaging, as we embark upon the next exciting stage of the journey.

To design brand packaging that elevates The Beauty Crop, focusing on premiumisation and creating that wow factor for the customer, you’ll lead the development of the look and feel of new product packaging and the unboxing experience.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Creative to develop The Beauty Crops future brand identity for packaging
Manage project timelines to ensure packaging is designed, sampled and delivered on time
Be a brand guardian, endlessly look for opportunities to elevate our brand and ensure consistency across all channels 
Take on any ahoc design projects - this could be anything from advent calendars to in-store printed POS

4+ years experience in a graphic design role and a strong portfolio
~ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
~ Passionate about branding and excited about maintaining brand consistency
~ Collaborative and willing to get stuck into any creative project that comes your way
~ Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution
~ Must be able to work 3 days a week in our West London office, and 2 remote.
