My client a multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in high-end residential projects, is seeking to expand there Quantity Surveying team. With a competitive salary starting from £55,000 per year, plus additional benefits, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and around 2 weeks off at Christmas, this role offers an attractive package for the right candidate.

Location: The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with time split between home working and our office in Thames Ditton (Surrey) after the 6 month period.
Reporting to the Head of Quantity Surveying, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading the cost management of multiple projects from inception to completion.
* Advising on procurement strategy and contractual claims.
* Assessing the commercial impact of design changes and providing cost-effective solutions.
A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, coupled with significant professional experience in the residential sector.
* A strong track record in financial management and cost control on large-scale residential projects.
