The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate 2+ PQE to join their office in Stockport.

You will carry out a full spectrum of Corporate Law working alongside experienced and approachable Lawyers who specialise in M&A, Business Structures and reorganisations, shareholder agreements, management buy outs, private equity investment issues and more.

You will provide your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Corporate team in a friendly and supportive environment in line with the firm's exciting business plans.

Requirements
  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years' of experience
  • You will have experience in handling your own Corporate elated caseload
  • You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment



Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive around market rate, which will be dependent on experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
