Opportunity to join a growing, Malvern based Engineering company for a Materials Handler. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement in both sourcing & direct purchasing of materials & stock.

The Role:
  1. Procurement of specialist parts & raising purchase orders
  2. Raising orders using SAGE
  3. Sourcing of components
  4. Location of stock, issuing shortages, stock counts etc.
  5. Forklift Truck Operating
  6. Interacting with production staff on daily needs and issues
  7. Working to teams KPI's to control processes and key materials
Skills required:
  1. Proven experience within a similar role
  2. Full, clean driving licence is essential
  3. Current Counterbalance forklift Truck licence
  4. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  5. Computer literate and numerate

In return, the successful Materials Handler will be offered a straight permanent contract, 39 hours per week across 07:30am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday & 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). To be considered for this role please click the 'Apply' button and follow the instructions.
