GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.
Were currently looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join us at our Coldstore site in Lowestoft, where everything is Birds Eye Youll accurately maintain the site sales accounting information in accordance with GXO Policies & Procedures.
We are super flexible on hours, this role can be carried out within 25 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we can be flexible on start and end times too. Were looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum (pro rata based on hours worked) and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) (Pro Rata). Collate and deliver financial information to GXO Finance Departments & Site General Manager on a weekly & monthly basis
Provide cover for Finance Assistant, undertaking weekly payroll & purchase order administrative duties (training will be given)
Good knowledge of excel along with some formula experience
Previous Sales Ledger experience required
