We are an established Electrical Contractors providing design and installation of electrical projects to commercial, industrial, public sector and domestic clients. We also have a specialist division providing EV charger installation to commercial and residential customers. They will provide vital support and expertise, advise on and implement best practice, develop and manage efficient finance processes and implement a new finance software package.
Prepare monthly management accounts including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
* Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and present findings to the Managing Director
* Manage all accounts payable, receivable and credit control processes
* Manage payroll and associated tasks
* Bank reconciliations and daily banking of payments received
* Manage finance enquiries
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as may be required and requested by the Managing Director
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar finance role
* In-depth knowledge of financial practices in line with statutory legislation and regulations
* A sound grasp of financial systems and procedures
* Experience of accounting and payroll software
Implementation and roll-out of accounting software
Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or qualified by experience
22 days holiday plus the usual bank/public holidays
* Contributory pension scheme, subject to eligibility criteria
