Office Manager/ Accounts Manager

Our client who specialises in Design & Build Construction are looking to hire a Office Manager.

You will be providing strong and reliable operations support for the office.

Duties:

* Provide general support to visitors

* Serve as the main point of contact for office administrative duties (IT, maintenance, supplies, equipment etc.)

* Maintain a pleasant work environment

* Co-ordinate with IT support provider

* Liaise with property landlord and office maintenance subcontractors

* Oversee office supplies and equipment

* Schedule appointments and meetings

* Book travel and accommodation

* Help organise in-house and off-site activities, events

* Support the onboarding process for new hires

* Providing an outstanding level of customer support to both internal and external stakeholders

* Provide support to Reigate Office

* Any other duties as and when needed

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Proficiency in MS Office

* Great administration skills and attention to detail

* Confident personality with excellent communication skills

* Must be able to work on own initiative

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 -5:30 pm (office based)
