Construction Assistant Site Manager

Type: Temporary to Permanent after 3-4 Months

Rate: £23 per hour

A well-established, and rapidly expanding principle contractor who are currently looking to recruit 2 x Site Managers to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be working on Social Housing Refurbishment schemes covering sites in the Birmingham area on behalf of councils and housing associations. You will be overseeing Kitchen and Bathrooms, Re-Roofing, Boiler Upgrades and E.Embedding the client's requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish delivery
Assisting the Site Manager/Project Manager with any problems or concerns on site
Senior management meetings on progression of sites making sure directors are aware of each development
Programming and planning all works
23 per hour CIS or Umbrella on a temporary basis
Monday to Friday: 40 Hours - 42.A strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector
CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness - DesirableTo Apply
