Position & Context You will be the expert and point of contact for all things marketing at Super Glitch Games. You must be ambitious in your career, passionate about games, and self-motivated to work alongside the founders to make our games a success.
Full-time

7+ Years in senior marketing.
~ Genuinely excited about web3 and its application to games.
~ Understand the nuances between web2 and web3 marketing tactics and user acquisition.
~ Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
~ An interest in human psychology and principled marketing applications.
~ Be the point of contact for all things marketing at Super Glitch Games, internal and external.
~ Work closely with the founders to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
~ Scale and manage the marketing team and service providers (you are the first hire).
~ Develop and execute the marketing strategy within budget and timeframe.
~ Stay updated on trends to inform marketing strategies.

Our games are genre and platform-agnostic. We are currently developing Vector Shift, a mobile-first Web3 racing game.
