Job Description Job Title: Senior Public Relations Account Director, Up to £60,000, Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 working from home

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Public Relations Account Director to join a renowned integrated creative agency.

As a Senior Account Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our public relations team while implementing effective strategic communication plans for a diverse base of bluechip clients across B2B and B2C enviroments within a wide range of different sectors including; retail, travel, beauty and many more

Lead a team of dedicated professionals to create and implement innovative public relations strategies, ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.
Oversee the creation of impactful and persuasive press releases, copywriting, and content development in collaboration with our creative and marketing teams.
Drive successful media relations strategies, fostering relationships with key journalists and industry influencers to secure high-quality media coverage.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and conducting regular progress meetings to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and PR efforts with larger marketing and communications strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors to identify new opportunities and optimize PR tactics.
8+ years proven experience working within client services
~8+ years PR and Communications experiene
~ At least 3+ years as an Account Director
~ Strong background in press releasing, copywriting, and content development for various channels and platforms.
~ Experience managing budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, measure results, and make data-driven recommendations.
~ Knowledge and understanding of industry-specific tools and technologies for media monitoring and analysis.
~ A passionate, creative, and forward-thinking mindset with a desire to stay ahead of industry
