Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as an Receptionist & HR Administrator? IRS Recruitment is thrilled to present an incredible opportunity for you to join our esteemed client in the vibrant Wallsend area.


This role kicks off on a contract basis, but for the right candidate, it could blossom into something permanent. Hourly Rate: GBP12 - GBP13 per hour (experience-dependent)


Working Hours: Full-time, with flexibility expected. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 17:00 & Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with an unpaid lunch break)


Demonstrate professional reception hosting duties, as Receptionist Host you will manage in-house hospitality, welcome all clients into the building, help with set up of Board Room/Conference Room, direct clients/customers to right department, ensuring drinks/refreshments are regularly offered.
- To be the first point of contact to visitors and help them with any queries. ensuring timely and effective answering of telephone calls. Input new starters onto HR system and ensure that all personnel files and electronic personnel information is kept up to date and complete.
- Assist with HR projects as and when required.


Will be self-motivated, a multi-tasker, enjoy working as part of team but also comfortable and competent to work alone and under your own initiative when required.
- Receptionist & HR Administrator works in a changing environment that adjusts to the needs of the day. Therefore, the ideal candidate needs to be flexible and be able to adjust to changing needs or activities.
