Career opportunity to join our rapidly expanding, innovative company based in the bustling heart of Stroud within brand new offices The company run several team building and fun social activities such as champagne and pizza Fridays with a focus on making it a special place to work.

Our client is looking for candidates that can bring good energy to the team, have positive "can do" attitude and keenness to work and progress within a in a fast-paced environment. The company, who are highly skilled experts in their sector, provide a proactive and seamless experience to their clients by combining ground-breaking technology and talented, forward-thinking staff.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, receive, and verify new client care pack electronically, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Verify identification and source of funds for all new clients
  • Update the company management system proactively to ensure an accurate status
  • Complete tasks assigned to you to ensure a smooth and swift service to clients
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications and respond to queries promptly
  • Greeting clients and visitors as required

To apply although previous office experience is beneficial, it is not essential if you have the right attitude and personality, they are happy to train and develop candidates who are keen to learn and progress. You must be reliable and proactive, proficient in Microsoft packages and excellent communication skills.

Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday (one hour for lunch)

Salary: Marketing Leading Salary (depending on experience) + Bonus Plan + Pension + Subsidised Parking + Gym Membership + Free Fruit & Pizza Fridays + Employee Recognition Awards + Time off for your Birthday Seniority level
