Working hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30-13:30 on Friday.
Join us in building the leading company in advanced composites automation and digital manufacturing. We specialize in engineering and manufacturing durable fiber-reinforced composites for industries such as Space, Aeronautics, Transport, and Marine. Our agile approach allows us to create integrated, automated, and connected solutions that are transforming the composites industry.
As a Composite Laminator, you will play a key role in fabricating composite components using hand-lamination processes and equipment. You'll ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while working on tasks such as pattern building, lamination, prepreg processes, and RTM.
Adhere to health and safety policies and quality procedures.
Manufacture complex composite products, including mold preparation, resin mixing, and vacuum bagging.
Operate equipment like CNC Ply Cutters and 3 Axis Routers (training provided).
Complete timesheets and use relevant software like Excel.
Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline or proven experience in composite laminating.
Hybrid Working Conditions: Office commutable from cities like London, Bristol, Bath, or Southampton.
Regular company events.
Annual Leave : 25 days
