We are currently seeking a proactive Employment Advisor who will assist unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers to employment, as well as support those on sick leave in their return to work.

Managing a caseload of clients presenting multiple barriers, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, criminal histories, and skills gaps.

Conducting comprehensive initial assessments for each client to identify their specific challenges, past experiences, skills, and training needs.

Engaging with local employers to uncover new job opportunities and promote these positions to clients.

Extensive experience as an Employment Advisor/Job Coach, demonstrating a successful track record in helping unemployed individuals secure work.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
