Chief AI Processor - UK

As the Chief AI Processor Software & Hardware Co-design Architect, you will be at the helm of pioneering our AI processors into a new era. Shaping the Future of AI : Take charge of advancing the technical edge of our AI processors. Your vision will chart the course for our dominance in the AI processor domain.
Spearhead the integration of diverse AI sub-domains including application algorithms, frameworks, runtime environments, modeling, simulation, & compilers. Lead in AI Evolution : Stay ahead of the curve in AI industry & technology trends. Your role involves deeply understanding & predicting the future of AI applications & algorithms. You'll be instrumental in developing key technical architectures for foundational AI software & hardware, addressing critical usability & performance challenges in comprehensive AI solutions.
Guide & Inspire Technical Teams : As a leader, you will orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects. Your role extends beyond our headquarters, identifying & leveraging global resources to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the overall architectural design & driving successful project execution.

Visionaries with rich experience in optimizing AI chip architectures & systems. Strategic thinkers familiar with AI industry applications & trends, & have comprehensive capabilities from applications to basic software to chips.
Bring your comprehensive knowledge of AI industry applications to the forefront. Be adept in navigating through the evolving landscape of mainstream AI models & algorithm trends. Your expertise will be invaluable in discerning nuanced requirements for the chip layer, setting the foundation for innovative processor development.
Exhibit your proficiency in identifying & addressing critical bottlenecks, particularly in challenging domains like Natural Language Processing (NLP) & large-scale AI models. Your ability to pinpoint & resolve these key issues is vital, propelling the evolution of our software architecture to new heights of efficiency & effectiveness.
Assume a pivotal role in steering the planning & architectural design for cutting-edge chip technologies & foundational system software. Your leadership will be essential in guiding our R&D team to successfully develop & implement sophisticated AI software & hardware systems, setting new standards in the industry.

NPU Chip architecture
Software-Hardware co-design, workload analysis/slicing
Proficiency across AI sub-fields, including application algorithms, frameworks, runtime, modelling, simulation & compilers.
Track record of transforming academic research into commercial successes.
