Description:

  • Requirements Analysis and Documentation The role involves leading stakeholder sessions to capture business requirements, developing detailed process flows, and creating comprehensive integration specifications. The analyst will document end-to-end solutions, including data mappings, interface designs, and system configurations.
  • Technical Solution Design The position requires deep understanding of Simphony POS architecture to design integration solutions with enterprise systems. This includes defining data flows, mapping system interfaces, and specifying technical requirements for custom developments and reports.
  • Project Implementation Support The analyst will support implementation teams through system changes, conduct impact analyses, coordinate testing activities, and ensure successful solution delivery. This includes developing test scenarios, overseeing user acceptance testing, and providing post-implementation support.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in hospitality technology
  • Technical Knowledge Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Simphony POS system configuration and integration with enterprise systems. Strong understanding of hospitality system architecture, integration protocols, and business process modeling. Working knowledge of testing methodologies is essential.
  • Business Domain Expertise In-depth understanding of hospitality operations, including F&B processes, financial controls, and revenue management principles.
  • Professional Competencies: Leadership and Communication Must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives is essential.
  • Problem Solving and Analysis Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex business problems through technology solutions. Must be able to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
