We’re working with a well-established groundworks contractor based in working to deliver groundworks packages in the West Midlands and the home counties. They deliver groundworks roads and sewers and infrastructure packages for residential developers. Cash rich, ambitious and with a driven senior management team they have a huge order book currently. They’re recruiting a SHEQ Advisor to help manage health and safety on their sites. The role will be office based in Oxfordshire with visits to sites in Northants, Oxfordshire, Bucks and Bedfordshire as necessary. The SHEQ Advisor will:

• Conduct site audits
• Advise site teams on safety as necessary
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses
• Liaise with the client on SHEQ issues

To be considered for the role you’ll have a background and track record in a SHEQ Advisor role in a construction environment.
