Compass Associates are proud to be working with a highly reputable private care provider in their recruitment for a Home Manager in a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home for their medium sized care home.

This role would suit a Turnaround Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully in a luxury, fully private care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.

The candidate would be desirable of having experience of working within the Luxury Nursing home and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential).
• Experience working within luxury, full private homes (Desirable).
• Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.

My client is seeking an experienced Turnaround Home Manager, for a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home, who has a track history of managing nursing homes or attained a Good / Outstanding CQC. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £80,000 + bonus.
