Job Opportunity: Senior Director, Business Operations and Development
We are looking for a Senior Director, Business Operations and Development. The Senior Director will directly support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the delivery of all the company’s external operational research and clinical activities. The role will be instrumental in supporting interactions between potential operational partners (e.g., Academics, CROs, CDMO, etc.), as well as pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Responsibilities include:
# Significant operational responsibility for end-to-end business development processes
# Representing the Company at partnering and networking events
# Building and supporting an established global network to aid operations and potential partnerships

Job Requirements:
PhD (or other advanced business degree) with relevant scientific background gained in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector
Demonstrable experience in business operations and business development
Good understanding of the drug development process
Subject matter expert in licensing/business development
Strong working knowledge of the biotech industry
Strong analytical and communication skills
Additional Information:
Flexible working environment with expected frequent travel to Nouscom sites in Basel and Rome, and external partner sites
The position could be UK, Switzerland, or EU based
