For Early Career Teachers (ECTs) yet to secure a position for the 2023/2024 academic year, supply teaching provides an incredible chance to cultivate your classroom experience, boost your confidence, and smooth your path to your dream ECT role. A large number of our client schools have successfully transformed ECTs into permanent members of their teams
Given the soaring demand for Supply Teachers and cover staff, we are actively on the hunt for passionate and industrious professionals like yourself to join our team and make a difference in the lives of Early Years, Key stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils
We offer flexible payment options and weekly pay. You can opt to be paid via PAYE or an umbrella company, in line with your preference.
Possess QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (Cover Supervisors should ideally have a degree or suitable experience working with young people) Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or be willing to apply for one. Have an Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable). Provide a CV that details your employment history for the last 10 years where possible and includes explanations for any gaps in employment Have the legal right to work in the UK.
Excellent and fair rates of pay - to scale for long term posts.
