The Haycock Manor Hotel is a luxury hotel located in Peterborough, in the idyllic surroundings of Wansford, on the River Nene. Known as the finest destination in the East of England, our hotel offers breathtaking scenery and excellent facilities for our guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Coordinator at Haycock Manor Hotel in Peterborough. The Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing weddings, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and coordinating all aspects of events. The role entails working closely with clients, vendors, and the hotel staff to ensure the smooth execution of wedding ceremonies and events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in wedding planning, event planning, and event management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and wedding trends is beneficial

Salary £30k a year plus a generous commission.
