We're looking for a Clinical Lead for the Outpatients department at one of Britain's leading independent healthcare providers. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Reading, offering a chance to make a real difference in patient care.

This role offers an attractive salary of up to £48,000.00, along with the chance to influence and develop new services. You'll also get the opportunity to improve CQC and Audit ratings, making this a truly rewarding role.

Being responsible for the deployment, supervision and mentoring of staff within the clinical area
Maintaining written records and legal documents to required levels and accepted practicePackage and Benefits:

Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration
Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies
Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systemsIf you've previously held roles such as Outpatients Manager, Clinical Services Manager, Registered Nurse, Nursing Lead, or Senior Nurse, you could be a great fit for this Clinical Lead role.
