Broker Operations Analyst

We are hiring for two positions within our mortgage lending team: These roles contribute to the smooth operation and excellent service delivery of our mortgage lending services.
Maintain an understanding of the mortgage lending process and products.
Previous experience in a support role within mortgage lending or financial services.
Develop and maintain a broker database and ensure ongoing support with existing applications.
Support business generation goals and maintain relationships with critical partners, including National Sales/Corporate Account Managers.
Strong background in the mortgage lending or financial services industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, criteria, and sales processes.
FCA compliance and regulatory knowledge.
Completion of all mandatory training.
Understanding and following internal policies and procedures.
Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or CeMap certification.
Advanced mortgage or financial services qualification. Competitive pay based on experience.
