Servisource are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead one of our children’s homes, ensuring high-quality care in line with care plans, objectives, standards, policies, and procedures. This senior role requires professionalism, competence & leadership.
Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Residential Support Workers.
* Maintain staff rotas and provide emergency out-of-hours cover.
* Identify and address care and training needs.
* Oversee care processes, including risk assessments and care plans.
* Maintain compliance with safeguarding protocols and statutory legislation.
* Conduct quality reviews and manage inspections.
* Foster good community relationships.
Supervisory experience in a relevant care environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to safeguarding, promoting diversity, confidentiality, and continuous development.
Ideal candidates will have experience supervising staff supporting children with learning difficulties and complex needs, and a creative approach to managing behaviors.
