We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. What You'll Do:

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist in managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team members to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in sales analytics and reporting.
