About Us:
We are working with a dynamic and fast-paced organization based in the heart of the City of London. The company is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join the team on a temporary basis, as soon as possible, to provide essential financial oversight and guidance during a period of significant growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, lenders, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support senior management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional resilience and tenacity, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
