We are recruiting for a full-time and permanent Site Head for Primerdesign based at Eastleigh, Hampshire. The Site Head will oversee all operations at our PCR Kit Development and Manufacturing site catering to the RUO market. This role entails leading manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management, health and safety compliance, and facilities management activities. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, NPI projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management, health and safety compliance, and facilities management.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of PCR kits to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive NPI projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance metrics and drive operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the medical device industry, preferably in PCR kit development and manufacturing.
