We promote and drive equality within our workforce to ignite an inclusive foundation for us all to build from and truly connect with our customers, colleagues, and communities alike. We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Accessories design team, based at our head office in Havant.
Working closely with the buyer and with the guidance of the Senior Designer, you will produce product that delivers key trends of the season, shape the range for our customers, whilst following our brand DNA and ethos.

ranges across Women’s and Men’s
• Must be fully competent in creating design packs to achieve high quality first samples within the critical path timing
• Conduct market research to identify what the latest trends are and always having a strong commercial awareness of key competitors
• Design and product develop ranges with the Buyer based on sales and trend information
• CAD work including producing design packs, manipulating artworks, graphics and prints
• Liaising with suppliers on product, design detail and fabrics
• Present ranges to team and Senior team each season, ensuring you present your product vision for your area, identify the key trends and backing styles you feel strongly for
• Support Senior Designer in research themes and directions for Design Presentation

3 years+ Experience at Assistant/Junior Designer level
• Ability to communicate with externals and Senior Management
• Strong eye for trends and understanding of the FatFace brand
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop. Ability to convey designs from paper to 3D design
• Creative and able to convey vision of Fat Face Brand
