Job Description

Ingenii Search are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead a dynamic team in the biopharma industry. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that address critical challenges in scientific research and life sciences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the products, inspiring teams, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.

Duties :

  • Drive team motivation by articulating a clear vision of customer needs and product objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Gather and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to craft and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with market demands.
  • Cultivate effective teamwork and accountability across departments, facilitating seamless collaboration to achieve product excellence.
  • Lead in-depth understanding and continuous learning within your specific domain, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles, ideally within the scientific software or life sciences domains.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Experience:

  • Proficient in using industry-standard software lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and AHA
  • Previous exposure to applying industry compliance and quality standards (GLP, GMP, 21CFRPart11) in software products.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
