This position is ideally suited for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director who excels in the boutique agency environment. In this role, you will play a key role in strategic client management, driving growth, and building meaningful relationships within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strategic Guidance: Help clients navigate complex stakeholder groups, key influencers, and policy landscapes.
Quality Thinking: Foster high-quality thinking and effective work within the agency, supporting the account management team.
Organic Growth: Nurture existing client relationships and identify long-term partnership opportunities.
Strategic Leadership: Lead key accounts, providing direction to meet client objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a healthcare communications agency/consultancy environment, focusing on client management and strategic planning.
Background: Strong expertise in client services, strategy, research, and planning.
Senior Counsel: Ability to provide senior-level guidance to clients.
Medical/Science degree preferred.
Hybrid working model with three days in the office.
