We are looking to hire a Founders Analyst to work closely with the Founder / CEO.

You'll have an interest in self development, either a recent graduate or with 1-2 years relevant experience. You’ll be digitally minded, with good attention to detail and looking a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities are a blend of operational and project-based that directly impacts the delivery of the company’s mission and growth.

The ideal candidate is a generalist, rather than a specialist, highly versatile, willing to get stuck in and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a varied task load and multiple competing priorities.

We are a growing start-up and so as a member of our early-stage team, this is an exciting place to be.

Main Job DUTIES

As our Founders Analyst, you'll be the right-hand person to our founder, supporting him in all aspects of his work. From conducting research and preparing presentations, you'll be involved in every step of the journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves tackling new challenges, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You can expect each day to be different with responsibilities including

• Drafting communication for the founder, following up on actions, keeping on top of priorities.
• Co ordinator on strategic projects and initiatives working across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Responsible for proposals and pitches to be delivered timely.
• Ensure the founders meetings and daily schedule are optimised and working efficiently.
• Helping to prepare documents for investor meetings, board meetings, customer meetings.
• Anything else as and when required

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

• Degree-level education or equivalent life experience, ideally in a psychology related field
• A quick learning individual with natural problem solving skills
• Strong passion for startups and technology
• Excellent written english, attention to detailStrong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and detail-orientedExperience juggling lots of tasks at once, able to prioritise your workload accordingly and work to a deadline
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
• You get pleasure from doing a phenomenal job and going the extra mile
• Regular use of self-development apps and other platforms an advantage

The next step is to launch the self-development platform with multiple courses and tools on from our popular authors. The MVP of the platform has been developed and we are now in the product testing phase prior to launch.
