Due to the rapid rise of our record setting and breaking Contract division over the last 4 years, which contain both the UK and US Top Billers, we’re heavily investing into this unit on a global basis. Here at Meet, we are looking for motivated and passionate leaders with previous agency experience to join our buzzy and growing London team as we enter a new chapter/era of the business. Responsibilities as a Meet recruiter: Leading by example by generating new business, pulling roles and contributing revenue. Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Building and managing a solid network of relevant contacts within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry. Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share. Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from initial phone calls to completion/closing offers. Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit. Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc., within a business environment Working within a team to deliver on both team and individual targets Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters. Autonomously prioritise own workload, both in terms of personal billing and mentoring. The Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader or Managing Consultant in the Contract recruitment industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Can be from a Tech, Renewables, Legal or other relevant market focus. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong understanding of the Life Science sector and its various roles, and trends. Experience working in a multinational environment, with an understanding of European employment law. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Why Recruit in the Life sciences Space?
