We're on the lookout for a dynamic Vocational Trainer in Professional Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for professional services and the ability to coach and train apprentices on an array of courses.
Professional Services cover an array of areas such as; HR, Customer Services, Business Admin and Management.
Training and assessment of learners up to Level 3, in the workplace and classroom;
Supporting learner progress through assessment in the workplace and curriculum delivery;
Ensuring timely achievement of apprenticeship frameworks and standards; Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons inline with college policies.
Higher level vocational qualification level 3 or above;
Minimum of 2 years occupational experience (HR, Business Administration, Customer Service or Accountancy) ;
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment; This role will be based across multiple sites and therefore a full current driving licence, use of a car and insurance for business purposes are essential to this role;
