I am currently working with a leading Financial Services that is looking for an Executive Assistant/Junior PMO to assist in the management of key projects. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the financial services sector.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.
Project Management Office (PMO) Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects within the organization.
Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Track project progress and assist in the identification and resolution of issues.
Support project governance activities, including preparing materials for meetings and managing follow-up actions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
