We have an opportunity for a Director of Integrated Care to join the team of staff.
This is a full-time role for 37.This role covers all Circle Integrated Care sites. It is home based, with travel to sites and London head office expected.
You are able to make judgements involving complex facts or situations which require the analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options.
You have strong business acumen.
You are self-motivated and able to inspire others to success by taking responsibility for guiding and directing other’s actions to achieve clinical, commercial and operational goals in a culture of continuous improvement.
For this role you must be a fit and proper person under Regulation 5 of the Health and Social Care Act (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. You are a proven leader with strategic planning abilities.
You have demonstrated experience of leading change in a commercial or health care environment by motivating people into teams and fostering a positive challenging culture that met both internal and external customer expectations and requirements.
You have experience in developing and maintaining robust governance and risk management processes.
You have a degree level education/ post-graduate qualifications or equivalent
Responsible for operational and business performance of Circle Integrated Care ensuring all functions meet their KPIs budget is achieved. The role will work alongside the Head of Finance, Contracts and Performance.
Patient Care: to ensure safety and quality of care are prime considerations in all decisions, actions and plans and continuous improvement is implicit in all activity, planning and learning.
Quality and Governance: fulfil the role of Registered Manager (one of several in CIC); to ensure patient safety is maintained to the highest quality of care standards at all times and the service is compliant with all relevant external and internal governance requirements
Senior Stakeholder engagement/Escalation point to support contract retention and contract performance.
Financial Performance: to work with the Head of Finance in creating a budget and support the approval with Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer
Support the Executive Director in setting the strategy, creating the business plan and business development where required.
