These services may be internal, off-site or within a high-profile environment, and require professional interpersonal skills and demeanor, as well as confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.About YouProvide administrative assistance and support for select ELT members Maintain executive calendars and meetings agendas as neededOrganize and maintain files and recordsPlan and schedule meetings and appointmentsManage projects and conduct research as assignedPrepare and edit correspondenceManage travel arrangementsManage expense reports to ensure accuracy and timely reportingManage any guests/visitors for supporting executivesPerform general and intermediate administrative tasks, word processing, data entry, filing, faxing, scanning and telephone services, as neededRespond to written and verbal requests for approved documentation, questionnaires and basic form completion and submission, as trained and authorizedPerform mailing and distribution tasks for internal and/or external mail and fax delivery, including marketing and promotional materials, and bulk and international mail for supporting executivesOrganize, update, and maintain departmental or company-wide lists, presentation libraries or data files, which may include intranet and internet web page maintenance; and data file management (electronically or in hard copy,) as trained and authorizedOrganize and coordinate executive travel arrangements, office lunches, meetings and events (may include pickup and delivery of food or business-related items)Attend all Company sponsored meetings, events or trainings, as requestedPerform other duties as assigned Education: High School Diploma or GED is requiredQualifications and Experience: Minimum of two years in an administrative type of roleDemonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks in a confidential and professional mannerDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks accurately, while meeting priorities and deadlines on timeHigh level of organization and flexibility skillsAbility to be reliable and consistent in attendance and work performanceAbility to interact well with all levels of management, co-workers, customers and vendors, as neededStrong computer-based competency, including Microsoft Suite applications (i.e., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is requiredExcellent computer skills with experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
