  • Provide support during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual and others involved
  • Establish clear and measurable goals to address specific behaviour challenges.
  • Develop and implement a crisis intervention strategy to address immediate behavioural challenges.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to share and have input on behavioural concerns.
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss progress, adjustments to plans, and the implementation of consistent strategies.
  • Create skill-building sessions to enhance the social and emotional behaviours of the students with a positive impact
  • Establish clear and measurable goals to address specific behaviour challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of the student’s behaviour, progress, and any changes to intervention plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, counseling, or a related field. Or Experience with challenging behavior (Unqualified with experience also welcome to apply)
  • Experience in behavioural analysis and intervention, preferably in an educational or social setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with a range of individuals, including students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Able to commute to Princes Risborough and the surrounding areas
