Are you a legal professional with a passion for resolving legal disputes and debt issues? Our Peterborough based client is currently seeking a Legal Dispute/Debt Specialist to join their team.

As a Legal Dispute/Debt Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to contractual disputes and debt claims, investigating and drafting responses where appropriate. Working with our clients internal Credit Control team to manage cases to a timely conclusion including following through debt recovery cases in County and Small Claims courts.

Experience in litigation and negotiation is a must. Working out of our client’s Peterborough office, 24 hours a week, you will need to be commercially minded, highly organised with a keen eye for detail with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
