This Infrastructure Analyst position is for a Housing Association in the Southeast of the UK. They have gone from strength to strength, and you will be joining the organisation at a pivotal and exciting period.

They have gone through an incredible transformation and are gearing up ready for a incredible year in 2025 and beyond with lots of exciting plans in the pipeline.

What you’ll be up to in this role:

  • Keeping our systems running smoothly: Managing both cloud and on-premises server and network infrastructure.
  • Daily team check-ins: Joining stand-ups to help prioritize what’s most important.
  • Tech exploration: Evaluating new tools and supporting research and development efforts.
  • System updates and changes: Handling updates to production systems with care, following our change control processes.
  • Expert support: Offering top-tier support for core Microsoft solutions and business systems like Office 365, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online and Azure
  • Team support: Providing guidance and training to IT Service Delivery Analysts and other team members as needed.

What they would like to see from you:

  • A professional certification like CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or something similar.
  • Solid experience in a similar role.
  • A background with Civica or MRI would be a bonus
  • Familiarity with virtualisation tech, such as Azure IaaS and Hyper-V.
  • A good understanding of IT service management frameworks (think ITIL).
  • Strong technical skills in managing servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
