Job Description Content Creator with a specialism in Videography.

Overview:
Pickard Properties is a property developer and Landlord who specialises in build-to-rent developments across professional and student markets. Experience in Property Marketing is preferred but not essential.
As a Content Creator, your role will be to develop and produce videos, visual content graphics, and written content that align with our company's goals and target audiences. Your creative skills and thinking will enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will produce high-quality content that captivates and informs our audience by utilising various platforms and mediums. You will need to demonstrate good graphic design skills and videography skills.
As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually appealing and engaging content for various digital platforms. Combining your artistic skills and technical proficiency, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality videos and visual assets that align with the brand's identity and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all design projects to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
2. Adapt and optimize existing visual and design assets for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal quality and performance.
3. Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for use across multiple digital channels used by such as social media platforms, email newsletters, websites, banners, and where required by Managers.
4. Develop visually compelling narratives through the use of video, graphics, and images, to effectively convey key messages and our company brand story.
5. Motion Graphics and Animation: Create animated graphics, motion design elements, and short videos to enhance engagement by optimising existing assets and creating new assets.
6. Populate project and social management calendars and schedules with Content following company policy and advertising policies.
7. Be proficient in visual design and use of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and photography.
8. Linking offline and online media campaigns by supporting wider teams so they are working with organic social media effectively. The wider teams are namely the Lettings team for Property Information & Events, Customer Services for marketing and providing useful content to our existing tenants, and the Design Assets Manager for access to Photography assets. Work collaboratively with wider teams to develop their ideas visually and complete their visual content requests.
9. Analyse and report on Organic Social channels, analysing what designs receive more engagement and work best for our audiences.
10. Other responsibilities
Undertake, from time to time, other duties that may be required to support the effectiveness of Pickard Properties overall.
Contribute to the overall success of Pickard and support a positive inclusive culture through teamwork, communications, and leadership.

Salary: £25-£28k depending on experience.
