Fantastic opportunity to join us as a Senior Global BenefitsConsultant within our Integrated & Global Services (IGS) line ofbusiness based out of our London office. This role will be focused onmanaging and delivering large, strategic client engagements andserving as strategic advisor to multinational clients concerning theirhealth and risk benefits globally, as well as developing new business.There may be a need to travel as needed for client and internalbusiness needs.

Our Global Benefits Management (GBM) businesshas a particular focus around the coordination of insured benefits,and also has the breadth to consider other Benefits and Total Rewardaspects as demanded by our clients. The GBM business is one of thefastest growing areas of our business with an expanding marketplaceand exciting, evolving client needs. As a Senior Consultant in our GBMdelivery team, you will play a key part in this growth story, taking alead role in delivering across multiple focus areas and geographies tosome of our biggest multinational clients.

The Role

  • Coordinate client deliveryteams, providing guidance and training to junior team members asneeded, and take responsibility for client deliverables.
  • Provide clients with expertise and advice on global health, risk andother benefits.
  • Establish a trusted relationship withclients and provide consistent, superior project delivery.
  • Manage large International consulting client engagements: Coordinateteams and promote effective working Develop plans for execution oflarge, global engagements Ensure project managers are maintaining teamprogress against goals
  • Contribute to the development ofnew tools and approaches related to global consulting.
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively oncross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Some sales andrevenue-expansion goals: Identify opportunities to cross-sell newproducts and services Partnering with regional/ local Health &Benefits, International consultants and regional/local geography teamsBuild relationships with internal and external sources to maximize theactivity on key target accounts
