Amazon B2B Payments and Lending is seeking a Senior Commercial Growth Manager with proven experience in strategy, execution and negotiation skills to lead our B2B lending business. The B2B lending category is fast growing and quickly evolving, you will play the critical role of being the chief commercial officer of your business. In this role you will be work with external senior executives and internal teams, have responsibility for revenue and profitability growth plans, relationship management, rapid experimentation with pricing and promotions, and monitoring and reacting to industry and competitive trends.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial management skills, high fluency in demand generation/traffic marketing and have a background in credit and debit cards, payments, financial services, with significant experience in e-commerce.
Managing a full P&L, including planning, forecasting and driving growth, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business/segment/partner. Monitor, analyze and own addressing key performance indicators such as product applications, credit approvals and credit utilization share, operational metrics and marketing investments.
Work with partners and internal stakeholders (tech, operations) to ensure operational reliability and user experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
