Associate - Real Estate Investments (German Speakin - Macdonald & Company

An exciting opportunity to join a newly launched real estate investment firm backed by a recently raised discretionary fund and led by founders from top global financial institutions. The team is expanding and looking for a German-speaking Associate to join their London office. The Role You'll play a key role in the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and analysing deals to executing transactions and supporting portfolio management. Expect exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to take ownership from day one. Key responsibilities: Sourcing and managing the deal pipeline. Financial modelling and preparing investment business plans. Coordinating due diligence and transaction execution. Supporting financing, fundraising, and portfolio management. Working across the capital structure and sectors including logistics, residential, retail, and office. Focus on Germany and the UK, with additional opportunities across France, Spain, and the Netherlands. What's on Offer Direct exposure to deals and decision-makers. Candidate Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Business. 2–3 years' experience in real estate investments or acquisitions. Experience in the German and/or UK markets preferred. Fluent in English and German. Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills essential. Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset. Hybrid flexibility offered – primarily office-based in London.
