Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families, you will utilise evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing training and support to staff.

Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

* Implement behavior intervention programs and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure effectiveness.

* Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff on principles of ABA and effective behavior management techniques.

* Maintain accurate records and data on student progress and behavior outcomes.

* Master's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field.

* Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.

* Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
