Who are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer electrical bias covering a handful of sites across Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £40,000 per annum . With a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression.
You will be required to work between Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with overtime opportunities available. The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work). Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; Emergency lighting AHUs, FCUs Pumps, Motors Plumbing Fans, Belts, Filters General maintenance.
At least 3 years experience in electrical building services
~ Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence
~18th edition City & Guilds Electrical level 3 installation or equivalent
