Job Description

We’re looking for recruiters. Good ones You know the type. Recruiters that actually enjoy the job, and don’t mind telling people they are a recruiter because they have conviction in their approach and their raison d’etre.

About us:

We hire top talent for trading firms globally. Quants, Engineers, Traders. That’s it. It sounds simple, but it’s not. It’s a fast-paced, candidate-driven market that requires a deep understanding of the financial markets and the technology infrastructure, and where the people we work with have incredibly high expectations; of themselves, and of us.

We’re a small team, highly focused on quality and reputation, and with strong relationships with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and crypto start-ups across Europe, APAC and the US.

About you:

  • You’ll have/need an inquisitive mind, and the ability to draw conclusions from an iterative process of trial and error.
  • You’ll be interested in the technology and/or finance industry or currently working within it.
  • You’ll enjoy talking to people, understanding what they do professionally, as well as their own personal motivations and ambitions for their career.
  • You’ll enjoy research. Lots and lots of research. Deep research, into industry trends; profiling individuals and teams within hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and tech businesses to understand ‘what good looks like’; spotting patterns in the way teams are put together and operate within these firms; how people progress within their careers through different job roles; how these firms define success... There’s a lot of research that goes into what we do.
  • You’ll have had experience in recruitment preferably within our sector, however we do consider other tech domains. And you’ll have enjoyed it, but you’re looking for a new challenge, with higher (much higher) reward for the work that you put in.
