We are a professional, independent residential property reporting company with an enviable reputation for providing a first-rate service, built around working in trusted partnerships with our clients. With over two decades in the industry, we work with some of the country’s most respected corporate landlords and letting agents, our experience is second to none. About the role: We are looking for individuals looking for flexibility as this role allows you to choose your own work days / hours. This is not an office-based role. You will be expected to attend residential properties to carry out detailed property inspections at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as midterm inspections. This includes, meeting with clients and residents to collect and hand over keys. Dictating the current condition and cleanliness of the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and taking photographs. The role is best suited to people who are naturally;

  • Friendly customer service and be able to handle unexpected situations with ease.
What we're offering:
  • This is a self employed position with the flexibility to chose your own work days / hours.
  • Full training is provided which consists of online and practical training with an experienced property inspector.
  • An equivalent of £20.00 per hour once fully trained working on an average day where you carry out 4-5 inspections in the same location
