Manpower is recruiting a Composite Laminator with our client who are one of Northern Irelands most innovative engineering companies, manufacturing zero-emission boats from their modern facility in Belfast. Working within the Vessel Assembly Team, you will build high quality composite parts working with Prepreg composites.


Monday to Friday hours 7.30pm as part of multi-skilled team with a strong focus on quality and world class engineering facilities


Suitable candidates will need experience of composite assembly, such as pre-preg and wet laminating.

Trimming, assembly and fitting of composite parts
Painting with epoxy paints
Work in other areas of production as part of a team if required
Work to high quality standards and H&S

Experience in composites prepreg and wet laminating
Preferably hold an apprenticeship such as Engineering, Composites or similar
Experience of mechanical assembly/ composite fitting
Can work as a high performing team and maintain high quality
Can read engineering drawings and manuals
High standard of quality and attention to detail
