The Head of FP&A will be an integral part of the Accounting & Finance department in our business, overseeing financial planning and analysis functions. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mind, and a solid understanding of financial processes within the product industry.

Description
  1. Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the business.
  2. Engage in strategic financial decision-making at the departmental and company level.
  3. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
  4. Provide financial insight and guidance to senior management.
  5. Oversee budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.
Profile

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  1. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
  3. Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  5. Sound knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  6. Exceptional analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
