Acquisitions & Partnerships Operations Coordinator (Fixed Term)

We are looking for an Acquisitions & Partnerships Operations Coordinator to support our team in London. You will join the Acquisitions & Partnerships Operations (Content Acquisitions), reporting to the Team Lead. You will be processing content deals, pushing the boundaries of how we operate and how we use our huge content portfolio across our products and services, with an ability to learn and grow, in order to generate business value. This is a 9 month fixed term contract position and the selected candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
Ensure efficient processing of content deals from the negotiation stage, internal approvals through to final signature.
Review & interpret deal information from deal memos or agreements (acquisitions, originals, pre-buys, sales etc) for input into the rights management database.
Collaborate with various departments (buyers, programming, finance, legal, traffic etc.) to resolve various contract administration issues.
Build and maintain relationships with necessary internal and external stakeholders (buyers, programming, finance, studios and content providers etc.).
Take initiative and use insights to investigate areas that will help move the team and Viaplay forward.
Support projects and tasks in a variety of cross-functional areas.
Have strong analytical skills and solid experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and team collaboration platforms like JIRA.
Possess exceptional motivation and drive to complete work in a timely manner and with quality, while proactively seeking solutions to any issues that arise.
Recognise opportunities with a proficient commercial understanding and attempt to capture them despite the risk of making mistakes.
